
Happy #menumonday, friends!
We get to celebrate two birthdays this week! My husband’s is tomorrow and my daughter’s is on Saturday. January is such a fun month! As always, the birthday boy/girl gets to choose dinner on their birthday. There will also be a lot of dessert consumed this week!
I really enjoy January (Birthday Month, hello!!), and I’m always a little bit sad when it’s over. It’s crazy to think that January is almost over already. February is usually pretty cold and gray around here, but Valentine’s Day is fun to celebrate and we get Gabe’s birthday at the end of the month. Pretty soon it will be March and hopefully Spring will begin to poke its head through the clouds. But this week we get to celebrate the birthdays, so I better not get ahead of myself!

- Tuesday: Jon’s birthday (his choice)
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Dirty Rice
- Friday: Shepherd’s Pie
- Saturday: Micci’s birthday (her choice)
