Slow.
Slow down.
Don’t be in a hurry.
Go slower than you think.

Around here, when the world turns white, it’s a reminder to slow down.  Everything stills.  The quiet of snow reminds us to take a moment and breathe.  Go slow.  Go slower.  Still slower.  Slower than you think you need to go.

Sometimes slowing down is hard work.  Sometimes it is thrust upon us.  So while the snow is coming down and the quiet stillness is here, I’m going to slow down and stay off the treacherous roads.  Remember, when things get treacherous, slow down.  Slower.  Slower still.
