
Happy #menumonday, friends!
I hope you enjoyed a safe and happy 4th of July. Our celebration was small, we spent some time on the river on our paddle boards, and then had a couple of friends over to hang out in the evening. Low key, but very enjoyable!
Summer menus include lots of fresh veggies around here. Visiting our local farmer’s markets is one of my favorite things to do. We are lucky and there’s a farmer’s market almost everyday in the summertime. I love it and can’t wait to check out some of the markets this week!
Here’s the plan for the week:
- Monday: Chicken Stir Fry
- Tuesday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Salmon and fresh roasted veggies
- Friday: Burgers Saturday: Leftovers
- Sunday: Charcuterie dinner
