Light of man
Darkness defeated
My own soul opens
to receive Your life.
Beacon of hope
for all creation
My weary heart
seeks rest.
In You I find
Love everlasting
Light never failing.
Living surrendered
is life fully lived.
Shine Your light
on the dark places
of my soul.
Life, Light of men,
illuminate my life
to shine abundantly.
